BULK FEED TANK FOR TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY OF ANIMAL FEED AND BIOMASS:
The additional value of the Menci tank for transport and delivery animal feed and biomass, is the availability of transport different products without causing contamination between each other, a greater loading capacity thanks to its lightness and the tank cleaning. Main features:
■ Body tank with patented modular construction, COMPLETELY in Aluminium alloy which eliminates corrosion of the entire throughout the Tank’s life.
■ Tank structure obtained with extruded profiles, and with metal
sheet that allow applying automated and/or robotic processing technologies: greater set-up speed and possibility to also to fit the semi-finished in the very distant market areas (with evident transport/ import savings).
■ Cell opening and closing control where all hydraulic components
are external to the areas crossed by the feed.
■ Removal of all linkages/leverages inside the cell and of all internal protruding parts (welding angles, screw heads, etc.) to avoid product stagnation and any fermentation and pollution of the feed.
■ Innovative extruded profiles that ensure perfect seal, avoiding contamination of the different feeds.
■ Twin base auger for a very low height of the load centre of gravity, with excellent stability of the vehicle.
■ The actioning of the auger apparatus and of the services through the independent diesel engine or through the PTO of the truck.
■ Lifting and orientation of the unloading pipe through hydraulic controls.
■ Unload speed 60/70 ton/h (it can vary depending on the type of feed)
■ Set-up for rotary valve and blower for mixed auger/pneumatic
